Vodka Bacon Studios is looking for a wide variety of Halloween Art, Scary Monsters, Horror Movie Themes, Day of the Dead (Dia De Los Muertos), Zombies, Witches, Demons, Haunted Houses or anything frightening to the general public. :)
Haunting textiles, paintings, digital, photography, sculptures and 3D work will be accepted.
Novelties items, jewelry or handmade crafts will be accepted to sell with an additional charge for table space. (Extremely limited! This is a first come first serve basis.)
POLTERGEIST will bring a variety of art styles together at this SPOOKY art cocktail dance party for all to remember.
The event is being held on Saturday, October 15th 2016 at Koken Art Factory from 6pm to Midnight. An additional dance party continuing until 2am. 2500 Ohio Ave, St. Louis, MO 63104

This is a juried exhibition for artists 18 and up. All Artists must be at least 18 by the date of the event to be considered.
The submission deadline is Sunday, September 25th 2016 at Midnight. Artist Meet 'n Greet to follow.
There is no fee for submitting work!
Original art only!! There is no creation date restriction and the work must not have been at a previous Vodka Bacon Studio art show.
NO COMMISSION will be taken from Vodka Bacon Studios, so sell your art on-the-spot and keep 100% of your sale!
A one-time non-refundable fee of $20 is required at the time of acceptance. The acceptance fee is for total art, not per piece! Payment options will be provided at the time of acceptance. Acceptance automatically gives you entrance to the event with a PLUS ONE.
After your work is submitted, we will respond to you within a few days. Drop-off and Pick-up times will be announced soon.
2D
Up to 4 pieces of 2D art in any medium may be submitted for jury. One image for each item should be titled lastname_firstname_title. Title, Medium, Dimensions and Selling price should be listed in the email with the matching images attached. Please have the images in .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .pdf format and the email shall not exceeding 25MB. The email should also include your phone number, artist statement and/or a link to your website where we can get more information about you. ALL art should be WIRED and ready for hanging. Photography should be framed or creatively mounted to provide the best presentation. No saw-toothed hangers. PLEASE make your tags and presentation as professional as possible!!
3D
Up to 4 pieces of 3D work shall be submitted electronically (same as 2D above), however no more than 2 images for 3D art (front and back) per piece. Sculptures or other 3D pieces will not be allowed directly on the floor, so you must supply your own platform to display your work. Jewelry/Craft Novelties
A select few jewelry and handmade craft artists will be selected for the show to sell their creations. This space is extremely limited with a $40 dollar acceptance fee. You will be allowed space for a 4' - 5' fold out table and possible electric provided for $5 additional charge.
OTHER
Other art forms can be submitted for consideration as long as they fall into the theme of the show. Let us know what you've got!
Dang! There's more?
Feel free to sell your art, make money and get connections commission free. Art is NOT allowed to leave the venue the evening of the event due to security measures and empty wall spaces. Art buyers can retrieve their purchased piece/s from you the dates we designate for artist pick-up. (Prints are NOT allowed to be sold at the event due to space restriction and the gallery style of this event.) Be sure to bring your best promotional material, you just might get to hang at a new local business! Invite as many friends, family, co-workers and acquaintances as you can.
